FAQs for Credit Repair
1. Is there a charge for credit repair?
Answer: In essence, credit repair is a commercial credit service, which is a paid service. The service provider is ICE8000 credit institution, of course it charges, and the specific charging standard is determined by ICE8000 credit institution. However, in order to encourage people to publicly bid farewell to untrustworthy behaviors and promote social integrity, we temporarily do not charge fees for credit restoration. If you need free credit repair services, you can contact us to coordinate with an ICE8000 credit bureau.
Second, is credit restoration a crisis public relations activity?
Answer: Credit restoration is an activity in which a dishonest person expresses his sincere attitude of repentance to his stakeholders or publicly to the outside world. It is not just a crisis public relations activity in the traditional sense, although crisis public relations activities may also have activities such as apology on the surface. It can be regarded as a crisis public relations activity with credit supervision. But it's a double-edged sword. If the dishonest person pretends to repent instead of sincerely repenting, a greater price will be attached to it, and it is better not to apply for credit restoration.
3. How long does credit repair take?
Answer: For ordinary repair procedures, after we receive the application documents, we will conduct a formal review within three working days, and those that are unqualified or incomplete will be returned for correction. If it is qualified or complete, the investigation and verification of the unit (individual) that issued the certificate of understanding will be completed within ten working days, and the "Credit Repair Status Report" will be written and released to the public. Report a dispute and the fix is complete.
As for the special repair program, since there are many and uncertain objects to be infringed, and it is difficult to determine the working time, the time will be longer.
