Common Credit Repair
1. For untrustworthy behaviors that meet the following conditions at the same time, ordinary credit repair procedures apply:
1. The victim is specific, specific and has clear contact information;
2. The number of victims is less than 100.
2. Ordinary credit repair procedure:
(1) If the untrustworthy person reaches the credit restoration standard, he or she should submit a credit restoration application to the ICE8000 credit agency and provide relevant certificates. Untrustworthy persons should ensure that the relevant information they provide is true, promise to abide by this standard, and declare the terms of the oath of conscience and CS terms.
(2) The ICE8000 credit agency will conduct a formal review of the application materials. If the application does not meet the application requirements, the application will be rejected and the reasons will be explained. If the dishonest person only submits the list of victims but does not submit the agreement of understanding, the ICE8000 credit agency can contact the victim to negotiate and sign the agreement of understanding.
(3) Announcement. The ICE8000 Credit Agency wrote the "Credit Restoration Investigation Report" based on the proof materials provided by the victim, and published it on the World Credit Organization (WCO) website for 30 days.
(4) Sampling survey and objection survey.
1. If someone raises an objection during the publicity period, the ICE8000 credit institution shall investigate the objection.
2. Regardless of whether someone raises an objection or not, ICE8000 credit institutions shall conduct random sampling surveys at a rate of no less than 30%.
(5) Result announcement.
1. After investigation, if it is found that the certification materials provided by the dishonest person are untrue, the restoration fails and an announcement is made. The dishonest person can resubmit the repair application.
2. After investigation, if it is not found that the certification materials provided by the dishonest person are false, the restoration is successful and an announcement is made.
3. During the credit restoration process, if any of the following situations occurs, the ordinary credit restoration procedure should be terminated and the special credit restoration procedure can be started:
1. When more than half of the victims cannot be contacted;
2. When more unspecified victims are found.
