Integrity will star rating up and down - World Credit Organization
Integrity will star rating up and down
2.1 Integrity and willingness star ratings are divided into one star, three stars and above. Evaluation is carried out according to whether the rated object has reservations about [compensation for moral loss and punitive damages in liability for breach of contract]. If a reservation is made, it will be evaluated as a one-star level, and this level will not be increased or decreased according to the integrity points. If no reservation is made, it means that it is willing to bear moral damage compensation and punitive damages for its breach of contract and dishonesty, indicating that the cost of breach of contract and dishonesty is relatively high. Under normal circumstances, the higher the cost of breach of contract and dishonesty, the higher the willingness to be honest, so it is rated as a three-star level. After that, the integrity score will increase or decrease by one star for every 365 points, but the minimum is three stars.
2.2When [an established trust organization] declares to raise or waive the reservation mentioned in 2.1, it shall apply to the World Credit Organization (WCO) to change the star rating of integrity intention, otherwise, the statement is invalid.
2.3 Integrity and willingness star ratings also use two additional symbols "+" and "-", which respectively reflect whether [an established trust organization] has a warning credit record or a commendation credit record in the near future :
(1) "-" means: [the established trust organization] has a warning credit record in the past 365 days.
(2) The sign "+" means: [the established organization] has a credit record of praise in the past 365 days.
