Chapter I General Provisions

Chapter II Certification of ICE8000 Credit Agency
2.1 All credit companies and other types of units that meet the following conditions, if they apply for certification, the World Credit Organization (WCO) shall certify it as an ICE8000 credit institution:
(1) Commit to comply with the ICE8000 international credit standard system standards;
(2) Commitment to the supervision of the World Credit Organization (WCO);
(3) There are more than three international credit practitioners (Note: International credit practitioners refer to International Credit Managers [ICA], International Credit Managers [ICM], International Registered Creditors [ICCA]);
(4) Has become a member of the World Credit Organization (WCO) group;
(5) Having the right to engage in credit evaluation, management consulting or related business in accordance with the laws of the country where it is located;
(6) All employees and management personnel (especially including non-executive directors, non-executive supervisors and other part-time senior staff) are all recognized as international credit practitioners;
(7) All employees and managers of natural person agents or legal persons are all recognized as international credit practitioners;
(8) All shareholders who are not employees and all non-employee shareholders who are represented by legal persons are all entitled to ICE8000 credit card;
(9) Not in the period of imprisonment.
2.2 For units that cannot meet all the conditions for certification as described in 2.1 due to objective conditions, the World Credit Organization (WCO) sets a period of counseling for a certain period of time based on actual conditions. Units within the counseling period should actively meet all certification conditions. 2.3 When a credit institution applies for certification for the first time, or re-applies for certification for various reasons, the legal representative and/or the actual responsible person shall make a conscience oath.
Chapter III Practice Standards and Professional Ethics
3.1 The ICE8000 credit institution shall follow the principles of independence, neutrality, objectivity, fairness, strictness, rigorousness, prudence, legality and reasonableness in its practice.
3.2 ICE8000 credit institutions should be honest, trustworthy and diligent in their practice.
3.3 ICE8000 credit institutions should protect state secrets, trade secrets, and personal privacy when practicing.
3.4 ICE8000 credit institutions should be honest in their practice, and it is strictly forbidden to ask for or obtain illegal interests and improper interests.
3.5 ICE8000 credit institutions should compete fairly and must not compete maliciously.
3.6 ICE8000 credit institutions shall not accept other ICE8000 credit institution staff and agents to transfer their business privately. They shall not employ the on-the-job staff of other ICE8000 credit institutions, natural person agents or legal person agents, and may not sign agency agreements with other ICE8000 credit institution agents. .

Chapter V Credit Information and Archives Evidence Materials
5.1 World Credit Organization (WCO) Credit Information is open to all ICE8000 credit institutions.

Chapter VI Brand Self-discipline and Inter-bank Prohibition
6.1 The ICE8000 credit institution shall maintain the “ICE8000” and “World Credit Organization (WCO)” brands, and shall not engage in short-term behavior and damage the legitimate rights and interests of interested parties.
6.2 The ICE8000 credit institution shall not seek any form of registration or other form of infringement of the World Credit Organization (WCO) trademarks, names, font sizes, domain names, copyrights and other intellectual property rights and similar intellectual property rights.
6.3 ICE8000 credit institutions may independently carry out various types of work unrelated to ICE8000 in the name of their own units. 6.6 Without the consent of the World Credit Organization (WCO), the ICE8000 credit institution may not transfer or disguise the credit business to a unit or individual that does not have the identity of the ICE8000 credit institution.
6.7 After the credit institution loses the identity of the ICE8000 credit institution for various reasons, it shall not engage in credit business with a competitive relationship or potential competitive relationship with the World Credit Organization (WCO) within three years, and the World Credit Organization (WCO) has the right to prohibit the trade. Chapter VIII Integrity Impact Rating and Qualification Rating

8.5 Qualification rating time:

Chapter IX Illegal Liability and Dispute Resolution
9.1 If the party violates the provisions of this standard, it shall bear the following liability for breach of contract:
(1) The corresponding legal liability, namely: the legal punishment prescribed by the relevant applicable law.
(2) Corresponding credit responsibility, that is, to bear credit punishments such as internal complaints, public complaints, credit warnings, internal exposure, public exposure, joint exposure, etc.
(3) The corresponding industry self-discipline responsibility, namely: announcement of criticism, fines, cancellation of credit card, prohibition of self-discipline and other disciplines.
(4) If the breach of contract causes losses (including material damage and mental damage) to others, it shall be liable for compensation. If the breach of contract constitutes a malicious dishonesty, it shall also make punitive damages to the infringed person in accordance with international practice and the principle of common law.
9.2 Method of investigation of breach of contract liability:
(1) According to the "ICS8000 International Credit Standard System Internal Complaint Standard" or "ICE8000 International Credit Standard System Public Complaint Standard" or "ICE8000 International Credit Standard System Credit Warning Standard" or "ICE8000 International Credit Standard System Internal Exposure Standard" or "ICE8000" International Exposure Standards for Public Credit Standards or Joint Exposure Standards for ICE8000 International Credit Standards System for credit complaints and credit penalties;
(2) Applying for arbitration under the International Credit Dispute Arbitration Commission in accordance with the ICE8000 International Credit Standards System International Credit Dispute Arbitration Standard, without the need to submit a separate arbitration agreement;
(3) Apply to the International Moral Court for trial in accordance with the ICE8000 International Credit Standards System International Credit Dispute Trial Standard;
(4) If the defaulter has the membership of the World Credit Organization (WCO), the parties also have the right to make a complaint in accordance with the World Credit Organization (WCO) Member Supervision Standards;
(5) File a lawsuit in the US Delaware Court or the US Federal Court in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware or the United States federal law.
9.3 The responsibility for breach of contract in this standard shall be based on the principle of ignoring:
(1) Only the aggrieved party will take the initiative to pursue the investigation, and the defaulting party will bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract;
(2) The aggrieved party has the right to decide whether to initiate the corresponding accountability procedure for breach of contract;
(3) The aggrieved party has the right to understand the defaulting party or reach an agreement with the defaulting party.
9.4 The injured party shall have the right to pursue the corresponding responsibility for the employee or agent who participates in, performs, or assists the party to commit the breach unless it proves that it is not at fault.
9.5 Violations of the provisions of this standard may and should be considered as an independent breach of contract or dishonesty. If the relevant parties appear in the process of applying this standard, such acts as fraudulent, covert, defamatory, insulting, and denying others' credit evaluation rights, the act is an independent malicious dishonesty act or an independent serious malicious dishonesty. The parties concerned have the right to merge. Investigate or separately pursue the responsibility of the independent dishonesty.
9.6 The World Credit Organization (WCO) shall bear economic compensation for its own faults, and the expenditure for economic compensation shall be included in the financial plan of the World Credit Organization (WCO) for the next year. If the economic compensation is large, compensation shall be made in each year.
After accepting economic compensation, the World Credit Organization (WCO) has the right to recover losses from units or individuals responsible for acts of dishonesty with gross negligence or subjective intent.
Chapter X Supplementary Provisions
