Official Proposal-World Credit Organization
7.2 Formal proposal
Formal proposal is a relatively complex proposal procedure designed by the World Credit Organization (WCO), the applicable standard: "ICE8000 International Credit Standard System Formal Proposal Standard" (https://www.ice8000.org/acnhwgc/128.htm ).
1. The difference between formal suggestion and quick suggestion
1. Only members of the World Credit Organization (WCO) have the right to submit official letters of recommendation. Quick suggestions, anyone has the right to submit.
2. Suggested information that has not been replied is not top-secret information, and relevant parties can check it. If the formal suggestion is not responded in time, in the credit evaluation, it can be considered that the information communication mechanism of the suggested unit is not sound.
Second, whether the obligation of advice can be stipulated in the contract
Yes, in order to obtain advice, people can agree that when one party has advice, it is an obligation to give advice to the other party.
The example of the agreement statement of the proposed obligation is as follows, and the unambiguous statement with the same semantics as the following statement is a valid agreement:
(1) If Party A has suggestions for Party B's development during the period when Party B serves as the deputy general manager, it should make suggestions in accordance with the "ICE8000 International Credit Standard System Official Suggestion Standard";
(2) If Party B has suggestions on Party A's after-sales service work, it should make suggestions in accordance with "ICE8000 International Credit Standard System Formal Suggestion Standards".
