2010 International Integrity Day (World Integrity Day) Proposal
On the occasion of the 2010 August 19 International Integrity Day, we would like to propose this and encourage all sectors of society.
1. We pay attention to the following two phenomena:
1. Some companies do have a genuine willingness to be honest, but they still frequently have untrustworthy behaviors and even major accidents;
2. Some enterprises do have a real willingness to be honest, but they do not benefit from it, and even suffer from it.
Second, the reasons for the above phenomenon:
After long-term observation and thinking and the practice of ICE8000, we firmly believe that there are many reasons for the above phenomenon, but the main reason is that the enterprise has not yet formed a stable business process.
Third, we propose the following two suggestions to enterprises:
1. Establish or reform your own business process, and don't expand blindly before forming a stable business process.
2. Integrate the values of integrity, ICE8000 credit files and credit mechanism into its own core business processes, so as to understand the requirements of stakeholders in a timely manner, in order to coordinate and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all stakeholders, to maximize Prevent various risks.
Fourth, when establishing or reforming business processes, please pay attention to the following points:
1. The stability of the business process is relative. It needs to be continuously improved according to the actual situation and according to certain procedures.
2. The business process should be reproducible and human factors should be minimized. For example, McDonald's and KFC, because of the replicability of their business processes, ensure that the products produced by different stores have the same quality.
3. The business process should be inheritable, and the role of business leaders should be minimized. Business leaders are very important to the company, but business leaders should take the initiative to downplay their own role and take the initiative to replace themselves with business processes.
