International Credit Dispute Mediation Committee Fees (Guidance)
Note: Beginning in 2014, the World Credit Organization (WCO) no longer makes charging standards, which are determined by credit institutions.
The charging standards below are guidelines, and ICE8000 credit institutions have the right to formulate the charging standards for their mediation workstations according to local conditions.
1. Case filing application fee

2. Dispute mediation fee

The parties can negotiate to bear the fee, if the negotiation fails, the applicant will bear it. 2. After the "Dispute Settlement Contract" is signed, the parties shall pay 50% of the mediation fees; after the "Dispute Settlement Contract" is performed, the parties shall pay the remaining mediation fees according to the performance progress. 3. The amount, bearer, and payment method of the mediation fee shall be clearly stated in the Dispute Settlement Contract. |
