How to check the progress and results of fast complaint handling
1. How to check the progress and results of quick complaint handling?
After you (your organization) submit a quick complaint, there will be a verification number and verification password on the success page. You (your organization) enter the 【Authenticity Verification】 column, enter the verification number and verification password, and then submit the quick complaint information on the quick complaint page below. Information resulting from this complaint method is confidential and will be given priority by World Credit Organizations.
2. How does the World Credit Organization handle quick complaint information?
2.1 If the respondent is a member of the World Credit Organization
If the respondent is a member of the World Credit Organization, we will give priority to it. Unless the complaint information is obviously wrong, we will open the case for investigation within 5 working days, designate a special person to handle it, and note the processing progress and results below the information.
2.2 If the respondent is not a member of the World Credit Organization
If the respondent is not a member of the World Credit Organization, we will faithfully record it, and generally do not file a case for investigation.
