Retrospective Statement Terms-World Credit Organization
10.8 Retrospective declaration clause
In most of the ICE8000 standards, there are the following clauses: "This standard will be revised and improved. All parties applying this standard should pay full attention to the revision of this standard and apply the latest version of this standard. However, before the revision of this standard Acts that occur are not bound by the new revised terms.”
This clause clearly declares the traceability of the ICE8000 standard, which can be called the clause of the retroactive declaration.
The main functions of this clause are: to avoid disputes over the application of new and old standards.
This clause determines that the retroactive force of the ICE8000 standard is from the new to the old, that is, if the behavior occurs after the revision of the standard, the new standard shall apply; if the behavior occurs before the revision of the standard, the old standard shall apply. The above content is excerpted from "Building an Integrity Unit - ICE8000 Integrity Management" (written by Fang Bangjian, free to use, but please indicate the source)
