On-site exhortation-World Credit Organization
6.15 On-site exhortation
On-site admonition refers to publicizing the facts of malicious dishonesty of the person responsible for malicious dishonesty by using effective forms such as slogans, leaflets, and publicity stands at the production and business sites, business activities, and/or near the person responsible for the malicious dishonesty. Relevant personnel are cautious in dealing with those responsible for malicious and untrustworthy conduct. Applicable standard: "ICE8000 Field Admonishment Standard" (https://www.ice8000.org/acnhwgc/102.htm).
On May 5, 2010, BP caused an ecological disaster after the crude oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Afterwards, Greenpeace and others blocked and protested BP, forcing some gas stations of the company to close down. This is a kind of on-site exhortation action. After the conflict between doctors and patients in China, the behavior of family members of patients putting up banners and handing out leaflets at the entrance of the hospital is also a kind of on-the-spot exhortation.
On-the-spot exhortation is a commonly used method of rights protection in Western countries, and it is also very common in China. The World Credit Organization (WCO) regulates this method so that it can be carried out under the principles of reasonableness and justice. Specific procedures can directly read the standard.
