Frequently asked questions about integrity behavior and reward attribution
1. The difference between integrity behavior and integrity-related behavior1. Integrity related behavior is based on honesty behavior.
2. The identification of honest related behaviors is essentially a credit reward for the related parties of honest actors to actively undertake social responsibilities (respect for charitable deeds). For example: the parent company of Yonghua Company is Yongtian Company. When Yonghua Company engages in an act of integrity, Yongtian Company may have four actions: a) support and participate, b) support but not participate, c) oppose, d) neither support nor oppose. If it is a, it is a joint act of integrity, and should also be identified as the recipient of the act of integrity; if it is b or d, it is an act of integrity.
